About Thomas

Thomas Donadio serves as Partner at Genz & Associates, joining the firm in 2012 and working alongside Mark Genz, Founder & CEO, to build the company into a leading buy-side M&A advisor. He brings a track record of developing meaningful relationships with business owners and clients alike. In addition to leading client engagements, as a member of the senior leadership team Thomas contributes to the continuous improvement of the business development team and function at the firm.

Known for his thoughtful, personable approach, Thomas is committed to understanding entrepreneurs’ goals and aligning them with strategic buyers or partners in the middle market. With a genuine interest in people’s stories, values and legacies, his expertise lies not only in deal-making, but in the long-term relationships he cultivates, built on trust, transparency, and respect.

Prior to joining Genz & Associates, Thomas held Business Development roles at Vanguard, Fogel International, and Sierra Consulting Group. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Arizona State University. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family traveling, being outdoors, making homemade pizza, and exploring new interests. He is also an active supporter of the Children’s Oncology Support Fund (COSF) Foundation.
