RMS Energy, a NEOS Partners Company, Acquires Plan B Energy Solutions

Founded in 2011, Plan B Energy Solutions provides substation services and solutions, transformer engineering, substation asset communications and monitoring, and substation camera systems.
RMS Energy is an electrical services and engineering firm that delivers comprehensive power-infrastructure solutions from substation construction and maintenance to high-voltage testing, transformer services, and grid reliability upgrades. The company serves utilities, industrial facilities, data centers, renewable energy projects and other mission-critical infrastructures.
Neos Partners is a middle-market investment firm that invests in North American companies within the energy transition and critical infrastructure sectors. The firm focuses on partnering with companies that provide products and services for renewable energy, the power grid, data centers, and energy-intensive industrial sectors.
