Oak Electric, a ShoreView Industries Company, Acquires Vermont Generator Systems

Vermont Generator Systems is a provider of residential and commercial standby generators, specializing in Kohler Power Systems. The company offers sales, installation, maintenance, and repair services, focusing on reliability and customer satisfaction.
Michigan-based Oak Electric is an electrical and mechanical services company that provides a range of electrical, solar, and backup generator services for residential and commercial clients. They also offer plumbing and HVAC work and are known for their large-scale solar installations and Tesla Powerwall integrations.
ShoreView Industries is a Minneapolis-based private equity firm that invests in middle-market, family or entrepreneur-owned companies across sectors such as manufacturing, industrial services, business services, and distribution. The firm generally targets companies with revenues between $20–300 million and provides capital and strategic support for buyouts, recapitalizations, and buy-and-build strategies.
