Genz & Associates Continues to Expand Senior Business Development Team
December 2025 – Austin, TX. Genz & Associates, a leading buy-side M&A advisor, today announced the continued growth of the firm’s business development team with the addition of Declan Cole as Vice President M&A Development.
Most recently, Declan served as Head of Corporate Development and M&A at Kylemore Holdings, a diversified holding company with a global investment mandate. Prior to Kylemore, he spent two years in Corporate Development at Dealerware, a subsidiary of Audi AG and four years in a Strategy & Innovation leadership role at Citigroup in London and New York. Earlier in his career, Declan worked in M&A Advisory and Assurance at KPMG and PwC.
