K&R Operating provides third-party services for natural gas compression, power generation, and process equipment. The company offers a range of services including maintenance, repair, and installation, with a focus on certified technicians and a commitment to quality service.
Chimney Rock Equity Partners is a Texas- based private equity firm that focuses on North American lower-middle-market companies within the industrials sector, with an emphasis on verticals such as aerospace & defense, industrial products and services, and niche manufacturing/distribution. Their portfolio companies at investment typically generate roughly $5–20 million in EBITDA and will consider portfolio company add-on acquisitions of any size.
