Most recently, Declan served as Head of Corporate Development and M&A at Kylemore Holdings, a diversified holding company with a global investment mandate. Prior to Kylemore, he spent two years in Corporate Development at Dealerware, a subsidiary of Audi AG and four years in a Strategy & Innovation leadership role at Citigroup in London and New York. Earlier in his career, Declan worked in M&A Advisory and Assurance at KPMG and PwC.

Adam brings 12+ years of leadership and professional experience in Business Development, Private Equity, and Management Consulting to the firm. He was most recently Chief Growth Officer at Shipshape, an Austin-based technology startup. Prior to Shipshape, Adam worked in Private Equity at Trumont Group and held roles in the M&A Advisory and Assurance practices at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Adam received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University Ohio and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.

Prior to joining Genz, Lisa spent 9 years at global networking leader GTT, where she most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief of Staff to the CEO. Prior to GTT she held senior leadership roles in Marketing & Sales Operations at companies operating in public cloud managed services, data center and industrial power, and communications sectors. Across these organizations she built brands, teams, strategies, and systems that enabled growth, enhanced go-to-market performance and the customer experience.
