Overview

Arcline partnered with an industry executive and formed Quantic to build a platform in mission-critical electronics components. They were seeking to partner with an experienced buy-side firm to bring together the best electronics component companies and their leaders under one roof in RF & Microwave, capacitors, resistors, magnetics, and sensing devices.

Applying Arcline’s acquisition criteria and investment thesis, the Genz team executed an extensive market map of the industry and directly engaged high-priority companies focused on mission critical, high-reliability and niche technology versus commodity components. Through our multi-year engagement Genz identified 250+ companies, evaluated 90, and facilitated 35 client introductions.
